We are living in a world in which we are desperately seeking for attention, popularity and fame! We want to get viral on social media, put up our selfies looking around for followers. And in process to achieve that, we have stopped being original but are becoming fake. We are pretending to be social, lively, cheerful, joyful, all that which we are not in our real life. This is all just to gain some more attention and followers.

We are chasing the latest fashion trends even if we don't find it comfortable just not to fall behind others. We are following our friends and colleagues in their interests and hobbies to stand out and to compete in a race. This race is every where, from our real world to the virtual world i.e. on Facebook, Twitter, Snap chat and Instagram. In this era of internet, it has become so easy for us to peek in to other person's life and knowing about their daily activities. We then compare it with our life and try to imitate them or to become better than them. We are so filled with jealousy, rage and competitive feeling that we are not living a life but running a race to win.

We ourselves are not sure what are we competing for and what are we gaining out of it? Why are we copying others by following what every one else is doing? What is our own identity? What is that which is our own? When God gave each one of us a different face, shape, size and intellectual then why are we trying to be like everyone else? Each one of us has been given our own comfort level, our originality and a different level of thinking then why aren't we using them to become original. Why are we just trying to be cool or hot? Why can't we just stay as a normal human being!

It's the time that we understand that life is not a race where we have to win from others. So let's just stop running and start enjoying each moment of our life seeking our inner self, our originality. Let's fall in love with our own self just as the way we are!
