The star is shining among the other fellow stars
But there is the sun which is lightening and fading other stars
The fellow stars got attracted by its vast light
But one of them kept looking at the sun
It was lost by the magic of Sun's power
It felt the presence of God inside Sun's heart
The golden touch of sun made her life beautiful
It stayed awake till morning to see the sun
The glimpse of that sun made her heartbeat run
Star tried hard in the hope that once she will get noticed
And the sun will once catch her eyes even if it is for a second
Once when the morning was about to come
The sun saw her looking at him
Every morning now the same thing used to happen
That star fell in love with the sun
She waits whole night for the sun to come
But the poor star never understand that the sun is not for her
She is still in love with the sun
But for that Sun the tiny star doesn’t make any difference
She cries at night when it misses the sun
But the Sun in spite of knowing this ignores its tears
And hides behind the clouds
That star is still waiting for the time when the Sun will be hers.
